    Dietitian's Tip: For variety, try adding or swapping your favorite fruits, such as bananas, blueberries, or peaches.  You can also sprinkle with granola or trail mix and enjoy with a spoon.

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup frozen strawberries
    • 1 cup 2% fat Greek-style yogurt
    • 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed (optional)
  • Preparation:
  • Put all ingredients into a blender.  Blend at high speed until it has reached desired consistency.
